I would also like to comment about your service. After having
received the stairway in October and installing it in April I had
discovered a missing part. I thought that I might be in for a hassle
in obtaining the part, as so much time had past since receiving the
stairway. I was surprised that I had the part in hand in two days no
questions asked. Thank you for all your help, great service and one
very beautiful stairway!
