We drove to Ontario last year to purchase and bring home our staircase from
you. We just completed our home theater/bar area in our basement, and wanted
to send you a few pictures of the staircase; the smallest one you sell. It
was very easy to install, and your sales reps were very helpful when we
purchased it. And, it fits perfectly in the small space we had to work with
(a converted closet!) many thanks for your help in making our home much more
useful and enjoyable!
You might be amused to know that since I am a pretty handy builder, I
actually tried to fabricate a staircase myself; using steel piping,
sheet metal, my arc welder, and various nuts and bolts--it was a very
comical disaster! And, when it was all said and done the cost was
comparable to your kit, which was many, many times easier to put
together. Well, I know what to do next time, and who to recommend..."The
