This graceful stair will enhance new construction, as well as a
renovation in an interior or exterior setting. Perfect as a main stairway to a balcony,
loft, deck, or finished basement. Be sure to check your local building code requirements.
(Inset) Alternate Tread Design Kit features 36" wide
smooth steel treads that can be used as is without covering, or may be covered with
our optional oak treads or 1" plywood-used as an underlayment for carpeting.

Please Note: This
stair must be installed with finished treads which can be ordered as an option,
or you can cut your own. If the stair is installed away from a wall, railings for
both sides of the stair are required for safety.
