Use plumb line and landing to mark location of center pole base plate.
Bolt center pole base plate to floor, centering on mark. Slide pole onto base plate.
Pass each tread down pole to form a stack at base.
Slide landing over pole and fasten into position in well opening.
Slide top tread back up pole, fasten into position with a spindle. Repeat with remaining treads and spindles.
Fasten handrail to each spindle. Fasten landing railing in place.
