Spiral Stair From The Iron Shop used in Tower of Terror at Disney’s California Adventure

BROOMALL, Pa., March 2, 2004—Disney’s California Adventure Theme Park is using a 6’0” Standard Metal Spiral Stair Kit from The Iron Shop in its all-new Twilight Zone® Tower of Terror Attraction. The attraction, which has enjoyed much success at the Disney-MGM Studios theme park in Orlando, Florida, will make its debut in Anaheim, California in May 2004.

The Tower of Terror will be located adjacent to the Hyperion Theater in a newly expanded area of the Hollywood Pictures Backlot. Guests are dared to scale exhilarating heights by checking into the once glamorous, and now vacant luxury Hollywood Tower Hotel. They are encouraged to explore the mysteries of what happened that fateful night when lightening struck, then plunge 13 stories into the most thrilling recesses of The Twilight Zone.
