They can simply log onto our website and don't have to wait to receive one in the mail,” says Cohen. “Many of our customers have used this special feature and seem to really like it.” Adobe Acrobat is needed to use this feature.

In addition, a one-minute instructional video clip of both the Metal and Oak Spiral Stair Kit Installation videos are available online. By simply logging on to The Iron Shop's website, individuals can view these clips. The installation videos are available for $12. They are free with the purchase of a stair.
