The Iron Shops Installation Manuals Available Online
BROOMALL, Pa.,
July 23, 2002 The Iron Shop, the leading manufacturer of spiral
stair kits, offers its installation manuals online.
For
customer convenience, we have made our Metal, Oak and Victorian One®
Installation Manuals available online, said Michele Cohen, director
of marketing. By simply logging onto www.TheIronShop.com and clicking
on "Help Videos, Manuals and Links" at the bottom of the homepage,
customers are able to obtain a copy of each manual. We thought this
would be a great way for our customers to obtain our instruction manuals
and see how putting a stair together works. In addition, it is an excellent
tool for customers that misplace their manual. They can simply log onto
our website and don't have to wait to receive one in the mail, says
Cohen. Many of our customers have used this special feature and
seem to really like it. Adobe Acrobat is needed to use this feature.
In addition, a one-minute
instructional video clip of both the Metal and Oak Spiral Stair Kit Installation
videos are available online. By simply logging on to The Iron Shop's website,
individuals can view these clips. The installation videos are available
for $12. They are free with the purchase of a stair.
