The Iron Shop has Warehouse/Showroom Locations Across the United States

BROOMALL, Pa., November 1, 2000 — The Iron Shop, the leading manufacturer of spiral stair kits, has six warehouse/showroom locations across the country. Each of its regional sites feature fully assembled stairs on display and skilled sales representatives and technicians to walk customers through the ordering and installation process.

The Iron Shop’s main plant and showroom is located in Broomall, just outside of Philadelphia. Other locations include Ontario, California (near Los Angeles); Sarasota, Florida; Houston, Texas; Elk Grove Village, Illinois (just outside Chicago); and Stamford, Connecticut. All fabrication and manufacture of stairs is done at The Iron Shop’s main plant in Broomall.

“Our Metal Spiral Stair Kits are generally in stock for immediate pickup or shipment,” said Michele Cohen, director of marketing for The Iron Shop. “All of our other kits are custom-built and must be ordered. Customers can expect their stair kit to be shipped within 10 to 12 weeks of placing an order,” she continued.

Each warehouse/showroom location has convenient hours Ð Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday pick-up is between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. The Iron Shop ships worldwide.
