The section, entitled “Do-It-Yourself Customer Showcase”, features photos of stair kits that customers have installed in their home. “Oftentimes we get photos and letters from customers who enjoyed installing our product and want to share it with us. We thought, what better way to honor our customers than to have their names, comments and stairs displayed on our website,” said Michele Cohen, director of marketing. “It really has become a popular page on our site,” she said.
