The Iron Shop collects information in several ways for a number of different reasons.

During this request, we ask for your name, shipping address, phone (optional) and
e-mail address. When you request to download a catalog or a price list, we ask for
your email address. When you order from The Iron Shop, we collect your name, billing
address, shipping address, credit card information, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail

Other than email addresses, we use the information you provide
when placing an order or requesting a catalog only to complete that order and/or
fulfill your request. Other than email addresses, we use the information you provide
about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm
delivery. We may use email addresses you provide only to send news of special offers
from the The Iron Shop. You may opt out of receiving special offers by using the
unsubscribe link included with all special offers, or by emailing us at
privacy@theironshop.com specifying the email address that you wish to unsubscribe.
We use return e-mail addresses on correspondence to answer the e-mail we receive.
Will we disclose the information collected to outside parties?
The Iron Shop does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Your personal information is used only to complete your order and/or fulfill
your request, or to send you news of special offers from The Iron Shop.

collected when you request a free catalog (name and shipping address) is transmitted
