Warranty for Victorian One Spiral Stair Kit Orders
The Iron Shop warrants all Victorian One Spiral Stair Kits against defective material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of delivery. The Iron Shop will replace any damaged or defective part that is returned to us, with prior authorization, during this period at no cost. This warranty is void if the Kit was not installed in accordance with our installation procedures, or if the stair has been abused or not maintained properly by the customer.

Return Policy for Victorian One Spiral Stair Kit Orders
Requests for authority to return your kit for a refund (less shipping, destination, and shipping insurance charges) must be received by The Iron Shop within 90 days of your receipt of the stair. All returns must be authorized by The Iron Shop and be accompanied by a return authorization number. Stair Kits cannot be accepted for return once assembly has begun. All freight charges on returns must be paid by the customer.
