I contacted R&L (shipping company) regarding delivery late Friday morning, they said they were going to try to get it there today between 11:00h-16:00h. They dropped it off Friday at 12:00h. FRIDAY!! Same day! 300+ pounds as far to the side of my driveway as possible so they didn’t block traffic. I called your company several weeks ago late on a Thursday afternoon, got a Rep that late in the day, and we had a final order by Monday AM. I was contacted almost immediately by customer service — yourself I think — and then one of the fabricators. “3-4 weeks” for fabrication was barely three weeks and it was in my driveway in 22 days from my first call! I’m a small business owner myself — and I’m jealous!! You guys are GOOD! Not a single weak link along the entire chain! The stairs are already up! It’s a FANTASTIC product!! But it’s the service and the efficiency that I’m raving to my contractor about! Just a great job from top to bottom! Thank you!
