Riser bar kits

Riser bars are horizontal bars that decrease the clear opening between two treads. They are not required to meet national code requirements, but may sometimes be required by local Ordinances or Building Inspectors. Riser bars are included upon request at no additional cost for code compliant stair kits or at an additional cost for non-code compliant kits.
