Customer Reviews

unmatched quality

The Iron Shop was absolutely the right choice for our spiral staircase project. The staircase itself is a high-quality product, but what truly set The Iron Shop apart was Steve's exceptional customer service. His knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to help throughout the process made all the difference. This level of customer service is increasingly rare and was greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Steve, and the entire Iron Shop team for a great experience!

Have ordered 2 spiral staircases for my remodels. I have been impressed with the quality and service. I highly recommend the Iron Shop Brian Hagewood-Owner Southern Interiors

I am a do it yourself guy and I always wanted to build a spiral staircase. I looked on line at several suppliers. I chose the iron shop and am so glad I did. While they are experienced I am not. Their patients and persistence helped me achieve my goals. If you want to design and install some spiral stairs you will want the iron shop on your side.

The Iron Shop is absolutely amazing! The customer service is incredible and the stairway quality is outstanding. Thank you to Brian, Jennifer, Bobby and the entire team. Everyone works together at this company with extraordinary compassion, communication, and craftsmanship to provide an excellent experience. We were treated with respect and supported during our entire experience. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE IRON SHOP!

Working with Steve Cohen in the sales department has been a great experience. He guided me through designing and building spiral staircases for several of our apartment buildings and helped me understand the existing ones we inherited. Five-star service — strongly recommend him.

If I could give this shop 10 stars i would. I showed up with my trailer to pick up my floating stairs and they went above and beyond to make sure our load was secure for our ride home to NH. The stairs and treads looked amazing. Can't wait to get them installed.

Best staff, Sean was very helpful with the design. Mellisa keep me up to date with the making of stairs and answered all questions I had.. I will recommend Iron Shop to everyone i know. Thank you agin

My family has used The Iron Shop on two occasions. One project was a 22 foot outdoor spiral staircase. They helped set up delivery company and a Crane lowered the entire 22 foot staircase into my 3rd floor floor balcony. The powder coating has held up immensely. We have enjoyed using the outdoor stairs post 4 Florida hurricanes with little or no damage. Great manufacturing and engineering to the aforementioned .Furthermore, our newest project for our Florida Bay House has us using their power coated prime interior spiral staircase kit for easy access and install. The Iron Shop sent me out easy video install to help make our experience 5 Stars. Steve and the Iron Shop staff gives you a turn key white glove experience. Many thanks and much love ❤️ for all at The Iron Shop. Daniel Simpson, Saint Augustine Florida.

Absolutely LOVE this spiral Staircase. So convenient…..

Very professional and compatent! Our stairs look better than we hoped, upgrade with the red oak!!

Ordering spiral staircases over the internet from a Pennsylvania supplier (we are in Cincinnati, Ohio) was a bit daunting. And, indeed, they cost significantly more than offered at Home Depot or Lowes. Steve Cohen was our sales representative and he was very responsive. I think he called and emailed on holidays and weekends. But my architect checked the variables, and felt that for our high-end apartments (these will access two rooftop decks) that the Iron Shop offered a superior product. As the order went forward, the Iron Shop was meticulous as to specifications (you get this wrong and it simply won't work). We bought the black painted product. It all worked out great. Man, is it beautiful. It is sturdy. The staircase accesses the rooftop deck from the master bedroom. When I give people the tour of the 2 BR, 2-level apartment, they are already impressed with the level of finish, but when I take them to the master BR (last stop on the tour) and they see the spiral staircase to the roof, they simply gasp with delight. It is an amazing addition. I would, without reservation, use the Iron Shop again and I would recommend them to friends and developers. [Photos are attached, but the stairs and unit were not complete at the time of the photos. Will update later.]

I found out that the Irion Shop gave me the best options for my spiral stairs and an excellent price. Steve Cohen helped me with the designing of the spiral stairs. Steve had provided me EXCELLENT! customer service above and beyond what I expected. I reside in California and Steve guided me step by step when it came time for the Installation. It took my son and myself only three days to complete the installation with the help of Steve. I'm a senior over 70 years old and with Steve's help and guidance I was able to complete the project. Steve is very knowledgeable about the product and installation. He's very patient, understanding, and always answered all my questions so I was able to do this project with two people. I fully recommend The Iron Shop and Steve Cohen for all your spiral stairs needs. We're very happy and pleased with the quality and workmanship of our spiral stairs. The Green's

Quality product and excellent service from start to finish! A friend recommended The Iron Shop for our stair project and we are glad we took their advice. The quote was extremely detailed and Dan Montgomery had all the patience in the world when explaining everything and all the options available. He was happy to talk through the design and make adjustments when we weren't sure about something. Dan was very responsive to all our questions, no matter the day or time. The whole team was very helpful. We were kept well informed of the order, production, and delivery processes. Delivery was right on time - as promised when we made the initial inquiry - and well packaged. When it came to installation, The Iron Shop was on hand to answer any questions and provide guidance or confirmation. Dan also followed up post-installation to make sure we were happy with everything. The staircase is exactly what we wanted. It is great quality and looks beautiful. We are absolutely thrilled with the staircase and cannot thank The Iron Shop enough for making our vision a reality.

Very helpful in design phase, prompt on fabrication and delivery and smooth installation made for a great finished product. By doing this we were able to eliminate a confined space and increase convenience and safety.

We are so pleased with our beautiful outdoor spiral staircase, the quality is excellent, the customer service is also excellent, my husband had no idea about the outdoor staircases ,but he soon learned all he needed to know because Dan answered every question he had, which was lots of them,we would highly recommend this company, our staircase is perfect, thank you so much to the ironshop

I purchased 3 spiral stairs and Steve Cohn walked me through the process. We just installed the first stairs, and the quality of the workmanship and clear instructions pleased my men. They are looking forward to installing the next ones. Fantastic service and products

Second to literally NONE. Seek no one else for your stair and iron, etc needs. What a great business and products. Been using them and them only for almost 30 years. Great family and superb people and product.

My parents purchased spiral steps from this business over 30 years ago. I recently purchased steps and railings for my home, and I can tell you I am very happy. The staff were all extremely helpful from beginning to end. The sales team was very knowledgeable and always answered my phone calls, and assisted me even after the purchase with questions and concerns. I am local and was able to go onsite to puck up my order, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic company to deal with, they worked with our clients Neds and kept us informed the whole time. We had a problem with the shipping company losing some parts and they took care of the situation straight away, highly recommended!

Steve is a great guy!

The company is excellent. Quick responses to questions. Pretty easy to order. Took only a week & a half to get to the point of delivery? It arrived in excellent shape - due to superior packaging. Nothing was left to chance. There wasn't a mark on it. Detailed instructions were included Plus a phone number to call for help. There even was a video available to watch. It is installed. I LOVE it. The stairs are very strong. Doesn't make a peep or rattle going up or down. I am just tickled to death !!
