The Builder Standard series is the cornerstone of our spiral staircase line, specified for the way builders and contractors plan projects. Code compliance with spindle spacing, diameter, and handrail height, is built into the staircase before it’s fabricated, so it’s one fewer item to verify in the field. Diameter, tread, and finish are set to the ranges contractors use most often, with tread covering, handrail, spindle accessories, center pole caps, and other stair parts still open to customize.

A 5-business day lead time keeps pace with scaled renovations, new construction, and multi-unit builds, where several units are often moving through the same schedule at once.

• Engineered to NAAMM AMP 510 load standards: 100 lb/sq ft uniform live load, 300 lb minimum concentrated live load
• Handrail rated to 200 lb lateral load without permanent set
